Our
Barbecue is a perfect lunch or dinner-time event for family,
friends or a private group. Arranged on request, it is held
in our Ranch which has a large seating area and a wide lawn.
We offer a variety of grilled meats and fish: alpaca, trout,
kingfish along with Andean salads, a range of sauces including
huacatay and a selection of deserts.
