Enjoy
an Andean barbecue in the ancient village of Maras. We rent
out the plaza outside the colonial church and prepare a barbecue
and buffet under white tents. Delicious grilled meats and
fish like Alpaca, pork, chicken, salmon, trout and potatoes
with a variety of salads and deserts, all prepared and served
by our professional waiters in a charming setting with breathtaking
views of the Sacred Valley.
Usually arranged in combination with a walking tour of Maras
and the archeological site of Moray.
