Pub Chicha Wasi

Our pub takes its name from chicha, a potent local concoction made from fermented maize. Drinking chicha is a communal experience for the villagers of the Sacred Vallley – in the late afternoon, one often sees groups of men and women congregating in the local chicheria.

Our chicheria is an elegant circular pub on the second floor of the restaurant. It features a full international bar and Peruvian specials, such as the famous pisco sour, a cocktail made with grape brandy and lemon juice. The Pub is open to the general public.
