Reservation Policy

 

All requests for reservations should be made in writing to our Reservation Department.

• All reservation requests will be answered in writing, via email or fax, within 24 hours of your request. Our response will contain a confirmation code if we have space available; if we do not have available space, you may request to be placed on a waiting list.

To confirm your reservation, please fill out the attached credit card form and fax it to us at 51 (country code) + 84 (city code) + 201184 with a copy of your passport.
Please fax us the form within 48 hours.

If the form is not received by this time, the reservation will be automatically released. Once we receive the form, we will send you an email to reconfirm your reservation.

Payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: 50% of the total amount will be refunded between 30 days and 15 days prior to arrival date. No refund will be made for reservations cancelled 14 days and less prior to arrival date:

If we do not receive the required information with the specified time, we reserve the right to cancel reservations.

All deposits should include the following information:
a. Name of guest(s) or Group
b. Reservation Code
c. Dates of arrival and departure
d. Type and quantity of reservations
e. Rate

NEW YEAR’S EVE AND CHRISTMAS EVE
All reservations for Christmas Eve (December 24) and New Year’s Eve are obliged to accept the hotel packages prepared for those nights.
