CANCELLATION AND GUARANTEE POLICY FOR PACKAGE RESERVATIONS

Once your reservation has been confirmed, a deposit of 30% of the total cost (including taxes and other fees) will be charged. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the check-in date. .
For reservations made within 45 days of check-in, the total cost will be charged at the point of booking.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, there is no fee for the first 24 hours post booking.
For cancellations up to 45 days prior to check-in, the deposit will be refunded, with the exception of transaction fees.
Late cancellations (made within 44 days of check-in) will be charged in full.
