CANCELLATION AND GUARANTEE POLICY FOR PACKAGE RESERVATIONS

  • Once your reservation has been confirmed, a deposit of 30% of the total cost (including taxes and other fees) will be charged. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the check-in date. .
  • For reservations made within 45 days of check-in, the total cost will be charged at the point of booking.
  • Should you need to cancel your reservation, there is no fee for the first 24 hours post booking.
  • For cancellations up to 45 days prior to check-in, the deposit will be refunded, with the exception of transaction fees.
  • Late cancellations (made within 44 days of check-in) will be charged in full.
