• All bookings will be answered in writing (via email or fax) within 24 hours of receipt.
Our answer will contain a confirmation code should there be availability. Should there not, you can be put on waiting list upon your request.
To confirm your reservation please send us, by fax or email, the credit card charging authorization form which you will find attached to our answer. If by fax, send it to: 51 (country code) + 84 (area code) + 201184 with a copy of your passport and credit card.
We will expect your response within 48 hours of our confirming your reservation. Beyond this, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Once we have received your response and the requested information, we will send you an email to re-confirm your reservation.
Services are charged 30 calendar days before the arrival of guests.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
50% of the total amount paid will be reimbursed in the case of cancellations made 15 days before arrival.
No reimbursement will be made for cancellations made 14 days or less from the arrival date booked.
If the requested information you send does not contain dates, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

POLICIES FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR’S EVE
All bookings for Christmas (December 24th) and New Year’s include the package the hotel offers for these nights.
POLICY FOR CHILDREN
One child of 7 years old or younger can share a bed with its parents for each bungalow for an additional US$ 12.50 breakfast fee.
